On 10th May 2025 we ran an Experience Day where the Commodore, Rear Commodore, and one of our Past Commodores kindly took members out on their boats for the day. The small fleet had a wonderful sail in the Solent under blue skies and stopped in for lunch on the Isle of Wight, before sailing back to their respective home ports. This was a great show that you need not have a boat of your own to be a member of CLYC, and enjoy some time out on the water!
A big thank you to the skippers for taking their respective crews out onto the water, and to John Cavanagh for organising the day. A great time was had by all, and we will post some accounts of the day by the participants as they come in.
