The first event of the Regatta weekend provides an informal opportunity to meet the Admiral and Flag Officers of the City Livery Yacht Club, fellow competitors, and have some all important crew bonding time to discuss tactics the evening before the racing. The buffet dinner will be held in RORC Cowes, in a space which overlooks their grounds and onwards out to sea.
There is a set menu for the main, sides, and dessert, though the chef will make appropriate substitutions/alterations for vegan or vegetarian meals and all allergy or dietary requirements (please note these for each person where indicated on the form). There will be a cash bar and wine station where all can purchase their own drinks.
Tickets will be £40.00 per person.
Dress Code: Smart Yachting consisting of: trousers (no jeans or shorts); shirt (no T-shirts); shoes (no trainers or flip-flops); jacket; tie optional

Sides: Warm Local Organic New Potatoes with Rock Salt and Thyme
Couscous Salad with Sun Blush Tomato, Roasted Squash and Peppers, Feta Cheese, Fresh Basil
Fennel Slaw
Dessert: Gooey Chocolate Brownie with Chantilly Cream, Berries, Coulis
