This year’s Laying-Up Dinner will take place at the beautifully refurbished Butchers’ Hall. As part of the City Livery Yacht Club’s tradition, members and guests dine together to mark the boats being laid up for the winter ahead. They look back on the completed sailing season and share stories from their adventures. There will be a guest speaker and two awards presented – The Leslie David Rose Bowl for the Member who has done the most for the Thames Section and the Maclennan Cup for sailing contributions.
We are delighted that Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence KCVO CB CSM ADC FSA will present the awards and make an address.
